• Scott M. Limoli, CPA/ABV


    Scott Limoli joined the firm in 1999 and became a shareholder in 2003. He graduated from the University of Florida. He provides tax and accounting services to closely-held businesses with an emphasis on the health care and professional service industries. He also consults with individuals in matters of personal tax, financial and estate planning. He frequently lectures to business owners on topics such as succession planning, start-up, valuation, and tax entity structure.

    Scott currently serves on the board of the Greater Tacoma Community Foundation. He lives in Gig Harbor with his wife and daughter. Their time is spent hiking, golfing, boating, snowboarding, and exploring the Pacific Northwest whenever possible.

  • Julie Curtis, CPA


    Julie Curtis

    Julie Curtis joined the firm in January 1997 becoming a shareholder in January 2013. Julie graduated from the University of Washington. She provides tax, consulting, and other accounting services to a wide variety of clients. Her professional experience includes tax planning for individuals and businesses, payroll taxes, state excise taxes, financial reporting and accounting software consultation.

    Julie is a former board member for the Humane Society for Tacoma and Pierce County, and is a member of the Tacoma Estate Planning Council. In her spare time, Julie enjoys going for walks, bicycling, movies, visiting with friends, and most importantly, spending time with family.

  • Mallory Tucci, CPA

    Senior Manager

    Mallory Tucci

    Mallory Tucci has been in public accounting since 2007. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with minors in Business Administration and Geology from Western Washington University. Her areas of expertise include services related to financial reporting, tax preparation and planning, along with consulting and agreed upon procedure engagements. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and professional service with an emphasis in closely held and multi-generational businesses.

    Mallory lives in Gig Harbor and enjoys hiking, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

    Cami Chouery

    Cami Chouery joined RJL in 2008 after graduating from the University of Washington – Tacoma. She has experience working with individual and business clients in the area of taxation, and reviews & compilations of financial statements.  Cami enjoys hiking and camping with her family and volunteering as a Board Member with Tacoma Community House.

  • Janay Davis, CPA/MST


    Janay Davis has been in public accounting since 2018 and recently joined RJL at the end of 2021. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting with a minor in Criminal Justice from Gonzaga University. She also completed her Master of Science in Taxation at Gonzaga before starting her professional career. She has expertise in individual and business taxes and has worked in the real estate and professional services industries.

    Janay lives in Tacoma and enjoys playing volleyball, cooking, and playing board games.

  • Brandon Barker, CPA


    Brandon graduated from Western Washington University in 2016 with his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and minor in Business Administration. He joined Ryan, Jorgenson & Limoli in 2018. He has experience in auditing, reviews, and compilations as well as individual and business tax.

    Brandon lives in Tacoma and enjoys playing golf, hiking, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.

  • Deborah Horst, CPA


    Deborah Horst graduated from the University of Washington – Tacoma in 2010 and began working at RJL in 2011. In 2012 she received her CPA license. Deborah primarily works with small businesses doing tax planning, tax return preparation, and financial statement compilations.  She also assists with business valuations.

    Deborah lives in Tacoma and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

  • Diana Jamison

    Small Business Specialist

    Diana Jamison specializes in small business accounting and has been in the accounting industry for over 30 years.  She has worked as a corporate controller for more than 20 of those years.  Diana graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  In addition to accounting, payroll taxes, and tax return preparation, she specializes in fractional controller services and QuickBooks training and consulting.

    Diana and her husband Brian have lived in Fircrest for over 30 years and have 2 adult children.  In her spare time, you can typically find her at a Tacoma Rainiers game, or traveling somewhere to watch minor league baseball.

  • Jaye Lindeman, CPA


    Jaye Lindeman

    Jaye Lindeman received her degree from Pacific Lutheran University. After many years as a Financial Analyst in the aerospace and financial investment industries, Jaye eventually found her way to a second career as an accountant. Jaye worked with RJL for several years as a seasonal employee until joining the firm full time in 2013.

    Jaye is an enthusiastic sailor and enjoys spending time with her husband on a Pearson 37 sailboat.

  • Loren Beckner, CPA

    Senior Staff Accountant

    Loren joined our firm in 2016 as an intern.  After graduating from the University of Washington – Tacoma he began working full time in December of 2016.  Loren is a great addition to the RJL team working on individual and business returns.

    Loren is a native of Gig Harbor.  He enjoys backpacking trips, going to the movies, and spending time with family and friends.


  • Anthony Pennington

    Senior Staff Accountant

    Anthony Pennington received his degree from University of Puget Sound.  After two years with a Regional CPA firm and 5 years in the private sector Anthony put his career on hold to stay home with his two Daughters.  He started working For RJL seasonally in 2007 and joined the firm full time in 2017.

    Anthony lives in Gig Harbor and enjoys Scuba Diving and spending time with his Wife and Daughters.

  • Kristen Brinks

    Staff Accountant

    Kristen has been preparing tax returns for over 15 years joining the firm in 2009.  She is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado and Boston College Law School. She prepares individual, trust, and estate returns.

    Kristen moved to Washington after living in the New England area for over 20 years.  She lives in Gig Harbor with her husband and dog and enjoys gardening, hiking and camping.

  • Christian Carey

    Staff Accountant

    Christian joined our firm in 2020 as an intern, and proceeded to graduate from the University of Washington – Tacoma with his Bachelors in business administration with a focus in accounting. He came back as a seasonal tax preparer in the beginning of 2021 and began working full time with us in November of the same year. Christian is a great addition to the team, working primarily on individual and business returns.

    Christian was born and raised in Gig harbor. He spends most of his time hiking, kayaking, reading, and exploring the pacific northwest with his friends and family whenever he gets the chance.

  • Kylie Kennedy

    Staff Accountant

    Kylie Kennedy joined Ryan, Jorgenson & Limoli in 2022. Kylie graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a focus on accounting followed by a Master of Science in Accounting. Kylie comes to the firm with experience in corporate accounting. She now assists with tax preparation and other accounting functions.

    Kylie was born and raised in Puyallup, Washington. In 2021, she moved to her husband’s hometown of Gig Harbor where they live with their two children after several years in Virginia and Southwest Washington. In Kylie’s loves to spend time with her family, run, read, cook, and hike.

  • Brenda Madison

    Office Manager

    Brenda Madison joined RJL in late 2021 as the Office Manager. She has an extensive background in management but is new to the accounting world. Brenda is enjoying getting to know our clients as well as learning all that this new environment has to offer. Much of her time away from work is spent exploring the areas around her new home. Brenda enjoys baking, being in nature, spending time with friends and family as well as any time she can get on or near water.

    Melissa Feagan

    Melissa Feagan is one of our Administrative Assistants. Melissa joined the firm in 2010. She is our front desk Admin Assistant and is the primary client greeter as well as the most recognizable voice in our organization.  She assists her department and is affectionately known as “Mel” around the office and provides first rate service to all our clients.

    She is a devoted wife and mother and volunteers all around her community.

  • Megan Jamison

    Administrative Assistant

    Megan Jamison is our newest administrative assistant. She first joined RJL as a seasonal employee in 2016, but was hired full time in the Fall of 2017. She loves her work environment and learning everything she can between greeting clients, answering phones, and helping her RJL family in any way possible.

    Outside of work, Megan loves spending time with her family and fiancé as well as any activity involving dogs and using her creativity. She also enjoys traveling, concerts, and baking.
