Janay is a Senior Manager who works closely with business owners and high-net-worth individuals, providing strategic tax planning and advisory services. Her areas of focus include construction, real estate, professional services, insurance, retail, and restaurants, where she helps clients navigate complex tax matters and achieve their financial goals.
She earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Taxation from Gonzaga University. Before joining RJL in 2021, Janay spent several years with Moss Adams, building extensive experience serving a diverse range of businesses and individuals. She is a member of the AICPA and the WSCPA.
Outside of work, Janay enjoys playing board games, volleyball, and taking walks with her Goldendoodle. She’s also an avid listener of true crime podcasts.
