We are hiring a Seasonal Administrative Assistant for the upcoming tax season.
Qualifications: M.S. Office Software, General Office Procedures and Equipment including a Multi-line Telephone System with voicemail. The ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism in a fast pace environment is a must. Personal Automobile required with proof of insurance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs preferred.
Duties: Scanning, Assist Administrative Team, Office Housekeeping and Close-up. Multiple daily errands plus an occasional courier is required.
Full time seasonal position (Feb. 1 through April 15th), and occasional overtime may be required. This position has the potential for repetitive seasonal work. Medium sized CPA firm.
