As we continue to monitor the reports and impact of the Covid-19 virus, our top priority remains to protect your health and ours as well as to continue to provide quality service. Due to the most recent “Stay at Home Order”, we have eliminated all in-office tax appointments and visits and our accounting professionals are moving to a remote working environment. We will continue to monitor the situation daily.
Until further notice, we are requesting our clients to utilize alternative methods for submitting and receiving tax information from our office. If you need to contact any of our staff or if you have any questions, please contact us via phone or email. All voicemail messages should be directed to a staff member. Please do not leave a message on our general line.
At this time, we are tracking any changes to agency deadlines such as IRS tax filing deadlines and will keep you informed. As of March 24, the Treasury Department has announced individual and corporate taxpayers will get a 90-day extension until July 15th to file and pay Federal taxes owed for 2019. The first quarter estimated tax payment for 2020 has also been extended to July 15, 2020. We will continue to monitor guidance from the IRS as more information becomes available.
Thank you for your patience during this difficult time and do not hesitate to contact us at (253) 851-3425.
